Paramo Throws Complete Game

SANTA MARIA, Calif. - Pitcher Ryan Paramo threw a complete game on Tuesday afternoon and the defense didn't allow any runners to score and the College of the Canyons baseball team beat Allan Hancock 4-0 in Santa Maria.

Paramo, who struckout one and walked two, is the first Cougar to go nine innings this season and the first since John "Goggles" Salas did the same on Feb. 9, 2012.

Alex Bishop and Ivan Vela combined to collect four of the Cougars seven hits, while both adding a RBI.
