Offensively, quarterback CJ Williams finished the game 13-of-21 for 150 yards and two touchdowns in his first start for the Cougars. The freshman also added nine carries for 37 yards and a rushing touchdown.
Meanwhile, Orange Coast posted a 27-3 home win over East Los Angeles College, in a game that saw the Pirates score 20 points in the second half. OCC wide receiver Joey Cox helped lead the way with five catches for 72 yards and three touchdowns.
