College of the Canyons will travel to Antelope Valley College for its 2022 season opener on Saturday, Sept. 3. Kick off is scheduled for 6 p.m.

Saturday's game will be live streamed to fans by AVC through a broadcast partnership with SoCalCollegeSports.com. To watch the week one live stream vs. AVC click here.

Canyons enters the game as the No. 5 ranked team in the state according to the JC Athletic Bureau Coaches pre-season poll. The Marauders are currently unranked.

These two programs last met in the 2021 season opener with COC playing to a convincing 47-7 victory at Cougar Stadium.
