SANTA CLARITA, Calif. - The College of the Canyons men's basketball team remained perfect in conference play on Saturday afternoon as the squad beat Glendale College 65-58 at the Cougar Cage.
Glendale committed 17 turnovers and was held to 35.6 percent shooting from the field, as the Cougars shot 54.5 percent from the field.
Sophomore guard Jaylen Bland led the team with 14 points and David Horst and 11 points off the bench in just 15 minutes of play.
Canyons will host L.A. Valley on Saturday, Feb. 2 at 5 p.m. for another conference match up.
