WATCH LIVE — Canyons Men's Basketball vs. L.A. Valley — 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 4

College of the Canyons men's basketball will host L.A. Valley College in the Western State Conference (WSC), South Division opener. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 4 in the Cougar Cage and will be preceeded by the women's game at 5 p.m.

Fans unable to attend Wednesday's game can view the Cougars Sports Network FREE live stream broadcast via YouTube. Cougar play-by-play man and Canyons alum Matt Robinson has the call.

Canyons (9-5) has won five straight contests dating back to Dec. 16. Most recently, COC won the 32nd Annual Cougar Holiday Classic with victories over Mt. SAC and Orange Coast College.

The Cougars will enter the game as the No. 27 ranked team in the state according to the CCCMBCA Top-30 poll released on Jan. 2.

L.A. Valley (5-9) has dropped three of its last four games. The Monarchs defeated Irvine Valley College 57-48 in their last outing.

General admission tickets for Wednesday's game vs. L.A. Valley are $10 for adults and $7 for seniors over 60 and youth under 12. Admission for college students and staff is free. Admission also includes entrance to the COC women's basketball game vs. LAVC beginning at 5 p.m.
