The main event is open to runners 10 and older, with more than a dozen age divisions available. A special kid’s race will be held on the track inside Cougar Stadium at 6:45 p.m. each Thursday.
Jessica Ruiz and Stephanie Martinez earned First Team honors on the women's side, with Garrett Noltemeyer and Jake Higdon named to the men's Second Team.
COC women’s team was led by sophomore Jessica Ruiz who placed eighth overall with a time of 18:36.4 to earn JC All-American honors.
The event begins at 8:30 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 24.

COC freshman Stephanie Martinez turned in a time of 19:13.1 to place seventh for women's team and sophomore Jake Higdon led the men's team with a time of 21:49 to take 41st place.
The COC women’s team ran to a third place finish, while men's team takes 10th.
Sophomore Jessica Ruiz has the best individual finish with her time of 19:05.4 leading the women's team to a fourth place finish.
COC runs to a second place finish on the women’s side, before the men’s squad raced to a fourth place result.
The Cougars won six conference championships in 2015-16, with women’s volleyball, women’s soccer, women’s basketball, softball, men’s cross country and men’s golf all bringing home WSC titles.
